Soy Safe Foods At Red Lobster

Avoiding soy due to allergy or just not wanting it in your body is a little time consuming. A lot of us decide to just not eat out due to the work. Many restaurants have a list of their ingredients and oils used, some do not. I am hoping to help make the work a little easier for you when you plan on eating out, too sick too cook a meal, or going on a trip somewhere.
Red Lobster has MANY soy free choices on their menu. They are forthcoming with their allergy statement and encourage you to let your server know if you have any allergies.
Thanks to their allergen wizard, it’s a lot easier to find safe foods to eat. I would still ask your server about any potential cross contamination.

THUMBS UP!!
I encourage you to check it before going to Red Lobster just in case anything from this list has changed.
Kudos to Red Lobster for being as soy free as possible, even if they do use 100 % Canola oil.

I have not once eaten at Red Lobster. I am glad they have something to help with food searches so one can avoid foods that aggravate their food allergies. I wish more restaurants did that too.
Red Lobster is pretty darn good! I was playing with their allergy wizard and feel really looking I am not allergic to tree nuts! Tree nut allergies eliminate a lot more choices, due to potential cross contamination in their friers.
I wish all resteraunts had a wizard like that, makes it easier!
