Ever wondered what makes that canned chicken soup taste so good? Convinced that’s a real lemon in your flavored water? Think again! Processed foods are loaded with chemicals, even the ones that trick you into thinking the flavor is real.

What til you hear what Michelle Haggan creates her flavors of raspberries with! It isn’t raspberries!
Just because a label states “natural flavors” doesn’t mean it comes from the fruit on the label! For instance: Strawberry and vanilla flavor can come from a beaver’s backside!
Now, if you wonder why I don’t buy or use processed foods, this is only one reason. As a whole, if I can’t spell something in the ingredients with out looking, or pronounce it, I don’t put it in my mouth. Too much sugar, too much salt, too much fat.. is it even real food?
Personally, I would rather the flavors that make me want to come back for more, again and again, be real, and good for you.

Don’t know about a food carnival but more natural tastes better. We have found we have more energy than we do when we have to the processed food way.
