Homemade Larabars Chocolate Almond
Quick and easy version of the Larabar for a fraction of the cost!

of pitted Medjool Dates

cup
almond butter
or nut butter of choice

cup
of almonds
or nuts of choice

1/2
cup
of unsweetened coconut shreds

tbsp
unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder

tbsp
water
may need more if your mixture is too crumbly.

Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender, blend until the mixture can be made into a soft ball. Add more water if needed.

Pat out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet or cutting board to form a square.

Cut into bars.

Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
