While I feel that you should show your partner you love them every day of the year, there is nothing wrong with doing something a little more special for Valentine’s Day. Here is a list of my top 5 restaurants in Colorado Springs to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Think ahead and make reservations!
Celebrate Valentine’s Day in Colorado Springs at these 5 restaurants
1. Mona Lisa’s Fondue Restaurant Manitou Springs.
The best fondue place in the Springs! Their Valentine’s event runs Saturday, Feb. 8th – Saturday, Feb. 15th, 2020, with a special Valentine’s Menu Price of $50 – $60 per person. Reservations are recommended for a normal day, so with their Valentine’s special running, play it safe. Call for a reservation.
Mona Lisa’s Special Valentines Menu. I recommend the Old World or Greek Isle fondue’s as your second course, the Wild Game for your third course, and the Almond Joy for your final course.
2. Edelweiss Restaurant
Take your Valentine to Germany! (Or at least to a restaurant that makes the best German cuisine in the Springs.)
Call ahead for reservations; the place is packed on an average day, Valentine’s Day is going to be insane!

Experience Authenticity with real Spanish tapas set in a classical Barcelona Ambiance.
Tapateria has a special 6-course menu for Valentine’s Day. Reservations are required.

The Bistro on 2nd is a fresh and local restaurant that offers contemporary cuisine. I recommend you call and make reservations.
5. Prime 25
A modern interpretation of the classic steakhouse complete with a Valet. Food is delicious; service has always been impeccable. I recommend the pan-seared venison, but they do have a Valentine’s Day menu you can select from as well. Call for reservations!
